Paige Drybones

Board Member

Paige Drybones is a young and emerging leader in the Northwest Territories’ mining and governance landscape, known for her dedication to Tłı̨chǫ values, and commitment to Indigenous participation in the resource sector. A Tłı̨chǫ Citizen, Paige has developed her career through a range of roles with the Tłı̨chǫ Government, Tłı̨chǫ Investment Corporation, and Rio Tinto’s Diavik Diamond Mine.

 

As an intern with the Tłı̨chǫ Government’s Department of Planning and Partnership, she currently supports industry negotiations, coordinates major events, and tracks implementation of Impact Benefit Agreements across NWT mine sites. Her focus on Indigenous inclusion, operational excellence, and youth mentorship continues to guide her growing impact.

 

Paige is a graduate of the Northern Leadership Development Program and actively contributes to community development and Indigenous governance through her service on the boards of the Native Women’s Association of the NWT and Women in Mining & Energy.
